Getaway Giveaway Draw – AU415 – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are Getaway Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the Getaway Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Getaway Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Getaway Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Getaway Giveaway Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The Getaway Giveaway Draw 01 ‘GGD01’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 under ACT Permit No. TP24/00340, NSW Authority No. TP/00153, SA Permit No. M14504.

2.2 GGD01 will open from 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 17 April 2024 and close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 19 April 2024.

2.3 GGD01 will be drawn on Thursday, 2 May 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at 10:00am (AEST) by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/Winners on Thursday, 2 May 2024.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible, customers must:

a) Purchase a valid entry into the current Prize Home Draw, AU415 via the RSL Art Union website (www.rslartunion.com.au), call centre (1300 775 888) between 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 17 April 2024 and 8:00pm (AEST) on Friday, 19 April 2024; and

b) Not purchase that entry via Direct Debit payment.

3.2 Each customer who meets the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 will receive one (1) entry in the GGD01, regardless of the number of entries/ tickets purchased in the current Prize Home Draw AU415.

3.3 Additional tickets/ entries are not available for this exclusive draw. If you have nominated yourself and another person on one RSL Art Union account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single entrant for the purpose of GGD01.

3.4 Your entry into GGD01 is by your unique sales reference number located on your ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU415 which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate GGD01 ticket.

4. Prize

4.1 One (1) individual prize available in GGD01, consisting of a $10,000 Flight Centre Gift Card.

4.2 Gift Card is not redeemable for cash.

5. Additional Terms Relating to Gift Cards

5.1 For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions a ‘Gift Card’ means any physical or digital Gift Card that is or forms part of a prize.

5.2 Gift Card will be distributed by our nominated prize distributor:

5.3 By entering this promotion, you authorise us to provide your contact details to the relevant prize distributor and authorise the prize distributor to contact you if you are the recipient of a Gift Card, to arrange for delivery of the prize. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided at the time of entry into the promotion. Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Gift Card is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash and are only redeemable at participating stores.

5.5 The Gift Card is issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Gift Card, the Gift Card is only redeemable at participating Australian stores.

5.6 For this promotion, the Gift Card will be issued electronically.

5.7 Drawn winner will have the Gift Card distributed from Thursday, 2 May 2024 to the registered email address.

5.8 Gift Card listed in clause 4.1 of these Terms and Conditions are subject to the issuers Terms and Conditions.

6. Unclaimed Prizes

6.1 Unclaimed prize will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of GGD01. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the draw, a re-draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 8 August 2024, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley 4006 at by way of approved random number generator.
