One of the Gold Coast’s most northern points, Paradise Point boasts a village feel with extensive green space and waterfront living. Nestled between the Coomera River to the west and the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater to the east, the location makes the most of the Gold Coast’s famous waterways. Local attractions include:
- The picturesque Boat Harbour Park, directly opposite the complex has the stunning Gold Coast hinterland as a back drop and is the perfect spot for a scenic walk along the foreshore.
- The Esplanade, just a short stroll along Nankeen Avenue, runs alongside Paradise Point Parklands. Well known amongst locals, the Parklands boast something for everyone, with a winding walkway and water views, a range of picnic spots, a playground and lots of open grassy areas perfect for a game of cricket or somewhere to simply relax and take in the views of the beautiful Gold Coast Broadwater.

- Or you could venture a little further and just 20 minutes away is the glitz and glamour of Surfers Paradise and the famous Gold Coast beaches and entertainment.
