Our seventh VIP Club Member winner this year!

Congratulations to our VIP Club Member Bill* from Lake Macquarie who was understandably emotional when we told him he’d won RSL Art Union Draw 409: A $9.7 million Gold Coast Beach House!

He was almost speechless when Craig Hayes, RSL Art Union Head of Lotteries Commercial Operations, gave him a call.

What does this mean for Bill*? 

A $9.7 million win means he can now live mortgage-free, steps from the sand, with endless views of the Pacific Ocean, never to be built out. Bill* can create memories in a home that generations can love and hand down. It’s truly a life-changing prize on such a rare slice of beach frontage. He can sleep to the sound of the ocean, wake to a sea breeze, and breathe deeply.

But there are some choices for Bill* to consider. Should he move in permanently and become a Currumbin local? He could take a daily stroll along the sand to the Currumbin Surf Club and creek. Or he could rent out this beach house, with an estimated income of $3,300 a week, adding up to $171,600 a year? Or sell the home and have multi-millions to spend however he likes?!
