Terms and Conditions – $5K Pay Day Draw (AU411L)

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2. Any terms used in the $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in the descending order of precedence:

a) $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. $5K Pay Day Draw Details

2.1. The ‘$5K Pay Day Draw’ is a Bonus Draw is conducted by Returned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 and is open to eligible VIP members.

2.2. The open, close and draw dates, and the permit numbers of the $5K Pay Day Draw are set out below:

2.3. We reserve the right to change the open and close dates of a $5K Pay Day Draw at any time without notice, subject to State/ Territory lottery licencing approval.

2.4. The $5K Pay Day Draws will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator on the dates listed in the table in clause 2.2.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published on the drawn date of each $5K Pay Day Draw listed in the table in clause 2.2 at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners.

3. Entry

3.1. Active VIP members who have a valid subscription entry in the current Prize Home Draw, AU411L will be automatically entered into each $5K Pay Day Draw as noted in the table in clause 2.2.

3.2. Each VIP member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1 will receive entries in each $5K Pay Day Draw equal to their nominated subscription entries/ tickets (including Bonus tickets) for the current Prize Home Draw, AU411L.

3.3. Additional tickets/ entries are not available for any of the associated $5K Pay Day Draws. If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP member for the purpose of the $5K Pay Day Draw.

3.4. Your entry into each $5K Pay Day Draw is by your unique sales reference number located on your AU411L ticket which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate $5K Pay Day Draw ticket.

4. Prize

4.1. The prize in each $5K Pay Day Draw is $5,000 cash.

4.2. Any prize exceeding $2,000 will be paid to the winner by crossed cheque made out to the winner (which may be in two names if you have nominated yourself and another person to the VIP members) or by EFT into a bank account nominated by the winner.

4.3. You may elect for the whole prize to be paid by the method in clause 4.2 by notifying us.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the $5K Pay Day Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the draw of a $5K Pay Day Draw, a redraw will be conducted at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 at by way of approved random number generator on the following dates:
