Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 – AU418L – Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1 These Terms and Conditions are Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.

1.2 Any terms used in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 Terms and Conditions.

1.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 Terms and Conditions;

b) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

d) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

e) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

f) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

g) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1 The Bonus Ticket Giveaway Draw 08 ‘BTG08’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch), ABN 79 902 601 713, under the following permit: NSW Authority No. TP/00153.

2.2 BTG08 will be open from 12:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 10 July 2024 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 August 2024 ‘Draw Period’.

2.3 BTG08 will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Thursday, 5 September 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD by way of approved random number generator.

2.4 Winners will be notified directly, and results will be published at www.rslartrunion.com.au/winners on Thursday, 5 September 2024.

3. Entry and Eligibility

3.1 Active VIP members who have a valid ticket in the current Prize Home Draw AU418L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 August 2024 will be automatically entered into BTG08.

3.2 Each VIP member who meets the eligibility criteria in clause 3.1, will receive entries in Draw BTG08 equal to their nominated entries/ tickets (including Bonus tickets) for Draw AU418L.

3.3 If you have nominated yourself and another person as VIP members on one account, you and the other person together will be taken to be a single VIP member for the purpose of Draw BTG08.

3.4 Your entry into Draw BTG08 is by your unique sales reference number located on your AU418L ticket which is used to validate the drawn winning entry. You will not be sent a separate Draw BTG08 ticket.

3.5 South Australian residents are not eligible for Draw BTG08.

4. Prize

4.1 BTG08 consists of ten (10) individual prizes that total to a combined prize value of $10,000. Each prize is comprised of a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU419L.

4.2 Eligible recipients will receive their Prize Tickets via their ticket delivery preference commencing from Thursday, 5 September 2024 and will have received them by AU419L close at 8:00pm (AEST) Wednesday, 9 October 2024.

5. Unclaimed Prizes

5.1 Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of BTG08. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following the draw, a re-Draw will be conducted from a pool of eligible customers.

5.2 To be eligible for this unclaimed prize draw customers must have:

a) Had an active VIP membership and valid entry in the Prize Home Draw AU418L as at 11:59pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 August 2024; and

b) Have an open Art Union Account at the date of this unclaimed prize draw, see clause 5.4 for date.

c) South Australian residents are not eligible for the BTG08 re-Draw.

5.3 The prize/s for this unclaimed prize draw will be a $1,000 ticket book into Prize Home Draw AU421L.

5.4 This BTG08 re-Draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 5 December 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.
