RSL ART UNION 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion – Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1 These Terms and Conditions are the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion - Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Any tickets purchased are governed by the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions.
1.3 Any terms used in the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions or the VIP Club Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 Terms and Conditions.
1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:
a) 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions;
b) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;
c) any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry; and
d) General Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Details
2.1 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Retuned & Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713.
2.2 The promotion will open at 12:01am (AEST) Friday 1 December 2023 and will close at 11:59pm (AEST) Monday 11 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”) or such earlier date in the event all Gift Vouchers are depleted as provided under clause 2.4.
2.3 This is a gift-based promotion. The first 5,300 individuals who meet the eligibility criteria listed in clauses 3.1 and 3.2 during the Promotional Period will receive a $200 Woolworths Grocery Only gift vouchers (“Gift Voucher”).
2.4 In the event that all the Gift Vouchers are depleted, this Promotion will automatically close. We reserve the right to extend the Promotion Period at any time without notice. Please refer to www.rslartunion.com.au for up-to-date Draw details.
2.5 Gift Voucher recipients will be determined in accordance with the eligibility criteria in these 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions as at 08:00am (AEST) Wednesday 20 December 2023 (Eligibility Date). Gift Voucher recipients will be notified directly by email to their specified contact email address that they have met the eligibility criteria.
3. Eligibility Criteria
3.1 Only residents of Australia are eligible for this promotion.
3.2 To be eligible for the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion, you must:
a) elect to become a VIP Member via RSL Art Union’s web site (www.rslartunion.com.au) or call centre on (07) 3517 6116 during the Promotion Period; and
b) subscribe to a ticket book value of either $30, $50, $80, $100 or $150 (Qualifying Ticket Book); and
c) have and continue to hold at both the Eligibility Date and the closing date, a Qualifying Ticket Book in each of the following Draws (Qualifying Draws):
i) Prize Home Draw, AU411L; and
ii) Prize Home Draw, AU412L; and
d) not have been an existing VIP Member at the beginning of or at any time during the Promotional Period; and
e) have fully paid for the Qualifying Ticket Book in the Qualifying Draws up to the end of the Promotion Period and not subsequently sought a cancellation or refund in respect of your Qualifying Ticket Books before the Eligibility Date.
3.3 We reserve the right to determine whether an individual has or has not met the eligibility criteria.
4. Gift Vouchers
4.1 Each individual that has met the eligibility criteria in clauses 3.1 and 3.2 will receive one $200 Woolworths Grocery Only gift voucher.
4.2 The Gift Vouchers are strictly limited to one Gift Voucher per person. If you hold or create multiple eligible VIP Membership accounts, you are eligible to receive a Gift Voucher for the first eligible account only.
4.3 The Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash.
5. Additional Terms Relating to Vouchers
5.1 Gift Voucher will be distributed by our nominated voucher distributor:

Suite 222, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100
5.2 By participating in this Promotion, you authorise us to provide your contact details to the relevant voucher distributor and authorise the voucher distributor to contact you if you are an eligible recipient of a Gift Voucher, to arrange for delivery of the Gift Voucher. You are responsible for ensuring correct contact details are provided in relation to your participation in the Promotion. Personal information collected in relation to the Promotion and your Gift Voucher will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.3 The Gift Vouchers are issued by the applicable Australian retailer and unless otherwise stated on the issuer’s Gift Voucher, the Gift Vouchers are only redeemable at participating Australian stores.
5.4 If you are an eligible recipient of a Gift Voucher, we will pay for the costs to distribute the Gift Voucher to you (limited to activation).
5.5 All Gift Vouchers will be issued electronically and no physical Gift Vouchers will be issued.
5.6 Gift Vouchers will be distributed to individuals that have met the eligibility criteria from 8 January 2024 to their registered email address.
5.7 The Gift Vouchers the subject of these 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions are subject to the issuers' terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that you read and understand those terms and conditions.
5.8 Unless otherwise stated on the Gift Voucher, Gift Vouchers are valid for use in accordance with the issuers’ terms and condition and any expiry date specified on the Gift Voucher.
6. Unclaimed Gift Vouchers
6.1 Unclaimed Gift Vouchers will be dealt in accordance with any applicable legislative requirements for the conduct of the Promotion. In the event that a reward remains unclaimed for one year following the close date of the 2023 $200 Voucher Promotion 02 December Promotion Terms and Conditions, the unclaimed Gift Vouchers will be forfeited.
