RSL Art Union Draw 417 (AU417L) - Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions are Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the RSL Art Union. The General Terms and Conditions are available at www.rslartunion.com.au/termsandconditions .

1.2. Any terms used in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions which have been defined in the General Terms and Conditions will have the same meaning in the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions.

1.3. In the event of any inconsistency between the Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions and any other part of the Terms and Conditions, the following will prevail in descending order of precedence:

a) The $5K Pay Day Draw Terms and Conditions;

b) Quarterly Cash Draw Terms and Conditions;

c) Any other Terms and Conditions for a Draw in which only VIP members are eligible for entry;

d) VIP Club Terms and Conditions;

e) Prize Home Draw Terms and Conditions;

f) General Terms and Conditions.

2. Draw Details

2.1. RSL Art Union Draw AU417 ‘Draw AU417L’ is conducted by Returned and Services League of Australia (Queensland Branch) ABN 79 902 601 713 under the following permits: ACT Permit No. R24/00004.1, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2332, NT Permit No. FNL1009, QLD Licence No. 29819, SA Permit No. M14529, VIC Permit No. 10014/24.

2.2. Draw AU417L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 12 June 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 31 July 2024 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 6,497,367 tickets in Draw AU417L, which may include a maximum of 1,760,372 bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU417L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 7 August 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners on Wednesday, 7 August 2024.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to RSL Art Union Draw 417. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

3. Prizes

3.1. Total prize value: $5,000,094.

4. Unclaimed Prizes

4.1. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt in accordance with the combined legislative requirements for the conduct of the Draw. In the event that a prize remains unclaimed for one year following the date of AU417L a re-draw will be conducted at 10:30am (AEST) on Thursday, 7 August 2025, at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.2. Draw AU418L will be open from 12:01am (AEST) on Wednesday, 10 July 2024 and will close at 8:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 28 August 2024 unless we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before this date. In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 4,587,776 tickets in Draw AU418L, which may include a maximum of 1,181,450 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU418L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Wednesday, 4 September 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

In the case where we sell the maximum saleable quantity of tickets before the closing date of the Draw, the Draw will close on the date when we sell the last of the maximum saleable quantity of tickets.

2.3. We are permitted to sell up to 7,799,256 tickets in Draw AU419L, which may include a maximum of 2,091,531 Bonus tickets, subject to State/ Territory lottery licensing approval.

2.4. Draw AU419L will be drawn at 10:00am (AEST) on Monday, 14 October 2024 at ANZAC House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 by way of approved random number generator.

2.5. Winners will be notified directly and results will be published at www.rslartunion.com.au/winners on Monday, 14 October 2024.

2.6. Further to clause 7.1 of the General Terms and Conditions, if you wish to purchase tickets in this Draw by money order, money orders are to be made payable to RSL Art Union Draw 419. All correspondence is to be directed to Locked Bag 4032, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.
